BUG:Fix ctkVTKScalarsToColorsViewTest4 and ctkVTKScalarsToColorsWidgetTest1

ctkVTKScalarsToColorsViewTest4 was never ending
ctkVTKScalarsToColorsWidgetTest1 had a bad name
