ENH: Add ctkTransferFunctionWidget, ctkTransferFunctionItem, ctkTransferFunctionGradientItem and ctkTransferFunctionControlPointsItem

Using the Qt Graphics View Architecture, ctkTransferFunctionWidget is a QGraphicsView that populate a GraphicsScene with a ctkTransferFunctionGradientItem and a ctkTransferFunctionControlPointsItem. The main purpose of the widget is to represent and manipulate any ctkTransferFunction.
