Local Process {#CommandLineModulesBackendLocalProcess_Page}

The Local Process back-end is a fully featured back-end implementation for handling executable modules. When registered with a ctkCmdLineModuleManager instance, it will handle the registration of all modules with a "file" location URL scheme.
